From October 23 to 26, 2025, Stammbar will celebrate its twelfth anniversary, twelve years of parties, encounters, music, and human warmth, in a venue that has become a cornerstone of Brussels’ gay and queer nightlife. To mark this milestone, the team is calling on creatives to design the official visual that will carry the anniversary’s message across all communication platforms.

“We want this image to tell the story of who we are: a diverse, inclusive, and open community, where the joy of coming together transcends codes and labels,” says the organization. Whether you’re a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, or simply a visual creative at heart, everyone is welcome to submit their vision.

The theme ? Diversity, community, warmth, and shared pleasure. The artistic direction is open, but the spirit must remain festive and positive. The fetish codes that are part of the bar’s DNA, harnesses, boots, sportswear are not only accepted but encouraged, provided certain guidelines are respected: no explicit nudity, no third-party logos, no violent or morbid elements, and no references to drug use.

The winning design will need to work across several formats, Facebook cover, A3 poster, and postcard, and exist in both text and text-free versions. Color palettes and lighting are entirely up to the artist, as long as they remain vibrant and engaging, avoiding cold or sterile atmospheres. One key detail: the Stammbar logo must be integrated creatively into the design.

The prize is enough to make any nightlife lover’s heart race: a fully paid trip to a European Pride, including travel and hotel. To receive the full brief and technical guidelines, simply email fred@stammbarbxl.com before the deadline announced by the organizers.

“We want to give this anniversary a visual that matches its significance: a moment rooted in our shared history, and one that truly reflects who we are,” Stammbar notes. The competition is open to everyone, whether you’re a regular, a one-time visitor, or an artist inspired from afar.

The winning image will be unveiled in late October, during four days of celebration marking twelve years of history, party, and freedom.
