Starting off as a duo already in 2011, Thomas and Mathias’ terrific live gigs quickly touch the
hearts and minds of electronic music. Big releases like “Little Bird” on Katermukke or “Recognize”
on OFF Recordings, and endless international bookings such as Georgia and Thailand only
marked the beginning. The collaborations range from artists like Marcus Meinhardt, Mr. Schug,
Kollektiv Ost, or Max Joni to name a few. Legendary and infamous established party series like
Katerfrühstück at KaterBlau or Bordel Des Arts in Wilde Renate in Berlin are Sokool’s home base.
10 years later, Sokool is on his own and yet not alone: Thomas became an integral part of the
Obsolet Records family, releasing their first joint album “Abenteuerspielplatz” in 2021. Regardless
if you have been there from the early hours or not, Sokool’s sound will get to you and never leave.
